By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
• All products are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
• Enclothe operates with handcrafted, patchwork, and upcycled materials, due to which:
• Slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, or finish may occur
• These variations are inherent to the design process and shall not be considered defects
3. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS
• Enclothe offers co-created, custom, and made-to-measure garments based on client inputs, approvals, and design discussions.
• By placing a custom order, you agree to participate in a collaborative design process.
Important Conditions:
• All custom and made-to-measure orders are final sale
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are applicable on such orders
Alterations:
• Alterations may be provided depending on feasibility
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be shipped back by the customer at their own expense
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices are listed in INR (₹)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or incorrect product listings
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
• Limit or restrict quantities per customer or order
• Cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or placed for resale purposes
Cancellation Policy:
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
General Products
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
Refunds
• Refunds are issued strictly as store credit (Enclothe Wallet)
• No cash or bank refunds will be processed
Sale Items
• Products purchased on sale are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, production timelines, and external factors
• Enclothe shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, graphics, images, text, and branding elements, is the exclusive property of Enclothe.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. USER CONDUCT
By using this website, you agree not to:
• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in India
• Upload or transmit harmful, malicious, or disruptive code
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of Enclothe or any third party
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services in case of any violation.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted or error-free website access
• Exact replication of designs in handcrafted or custom pieces

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Enclothe shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays, disruptions, or third-party service failures

•Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

- Name, email address, phone number, and shipping details
