Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
Once the order has been processed or production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted. - Please note, customised or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.
- Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction of COD services for future orders.
- In case of eligible prepaid order cancellations, the amount will be credited to your Enclothe Wallet.
