AKSHITA & KSHITIJ’S CO-CREATION JOURNEY
The brief
For their after-party, Akshita was clear—no black, no blue. She wanted a look that felt rare,
personal, and unapologetically different. The vision was to create something bold yet
coordinated, where both outfits spoke to each other without looking matchy.
The inspiration
Individuality and connection. Akshita’s love for standing out led us to a striking purple palette, while Kshitij’s look needed to balance classic party energy with details that subtly tied back to her. The mood was confident, modern, and emotionally charged.
Illustration process
We explored strong silhouettes and statement elements—structured pants with a heartbeat line detail, utility-inspired cargo pockets, and an asymmetrical top for Akshita. For Kshitij, we
sketched a timeless black blazer, layered with purple patchwork accents, crosses on the sleeves, and typography that felt intimate yet powerful.
Process of crafting
Every detail was developed from scratch. Our artisans worked through multiple drawings and samples, translating emotion into fabric—patchwork placed with intent, text carefully positioned, and accents refined until both looks felt perfectly in sync.
The final pieces
A bold purple pants and asymmetrical top set for Akshita, paired with a sheer organza jacket
featuring “Shut up and dance with me” on the back.
A classic black blazer for Kshitij, elevated with purple patchwork details and the words “This
woman is my destiny” on the back—creating a striking, coordinated after-party statement.
